(1) TERMS Following are the terms and conditions of sale for the Michael M. Coldren Company, Incorporated. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of order with balance due at time of completion unless customer has established an open account. Open account payment is due within 30 days of invoice. All invoices will be dated day of shipment.

(2) PRICES All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We are not responsible for misprints or typographical errors. Prices do not include all local, state, and federal taxes. Applicable taxes will be added to the invoice as a separate charge to be paid by the buyer.

(3) ORDERS There is no established minimum order. All orders must be faxed or sent via e-mail. The Michael M. Coldren Company, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order in whole or in part.

(4) SHIPPING Orders are shipped via UPS or FEDEX. Large orders may be shipped in multiple packages. Fire screens and large items are shipped via freight carrier. You will be notified if this applies to your order. All shipments are made to the common carrier in good condition. When delivered to carrier shipment becomes property of the purchaser who assumes the risk of loss or damaged in transit. Additional charges my apply.

(5) CLAIMS All claims for shortages, defective merchandise, discrepancies, billing errors, etc. must be made in writing within 14 days from date of invoice. Claims can be emailed to info@coldrencompany.com. No claims will be allowed for work done by others, consequential damages, or other expenditures. The Michael M. Coldren Company, Inc’s decision to repair or replace defective goods is its only liability.

(6) RETURN POLICY Due to the labor intensive nature of our products, returns are not accepted. In pre-arranged particular cases a minimum of 50% restocking fee will be charged for return of a product due to customer ordering error. 

(7) FINISHES/SIZES Due to variable environmental conditions, finishes are not covered under warranty. Variation in color and texture will occur on hand finishes. Although we try our best, we cannot guarantee that the finish on one item will identically match the finish on another. Sizes may vary on handmade items.

(8) DISCONTINUANCE The Michael M. Coldren Company, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue or change any price, product, design, function or finish without prior notice.

(9) WARRANTY The Michael M. Coldren Company, Inc. warrants that all its products are free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of one year when properly installed and used for the purpose intended by us. The warranty covers the product in full for repair or replacement. Any costs incurred other than the hardware is excluded. We do not assume responsibility for damage caused by accident, misuse, or improper installation and maintenance. All hardware should be installed by a professional.
